Warmth Fills the Hearts of Overseas Chinese as We Welcome the New Year | The Municipal United Front Work Department and the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese Visit and Offer Comfort to Overseas Chinese and Their Families

Bringing warmth during the festive season and fostering unity through friendship—just as the Spring Festival approaches, the United Front Work Department of the Linhai Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations are actively conducting visits and offering condolences, as well as organizing traditional New Year activities, to extend the care of the Party and the government—and heartfelt New Year blessings—to overseas Chinese communities and their families.

Song Jiangyong, member of the Standing Committee of the Linhai Municipal Party Committee and head of the United Front Work Department, along with Zhou Caibiao, executive deputy director of the Municipal United Front Work Department, visited and extended greetings to Dong Tianbing, chairman of Zhejiang Miheng Technology Co., Ltd., an overseas Chinese enterprise. They conveyed New Year’s blessings and sincere greetings, encouraging the company to continue leveraging its unique advantages as an overseas Chinese enterprise and to contribute even more significantly to Linhai’s high-quality economic development.

Zhu Yunfa, Vice Chairman of the Taizhou City Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, and Wang Ying, Deputy Head of the United Front Work Department of the Linhai Municipal Committee and Chairwoman of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, visited and extended condolences to Xu Meiling, a member of the overseas Chinese community facing difficulties. They inquired about her health and daily life, and presented her with festive greetings and best wishes.

Cadres in charge of overseas Chinese affairs at the municipal and subdistrict levels have also been visiting and extending greetings to prominent members of the overseas Chinese community and their families within their jurisdictions, offering them New Year’s blessings and warmth.

The overseas Chinese associations at the municipal and subdistrict levels are also actively organizing traditional New Year activities to convey the warmth of the festival through concrete actions.
